3 Quotes
- The Past does not equal the Future (apparently Anthony Robbins came up with it - whoever came up with it I love it!)
- Any serious life problem that one is facing can always be solved by a 3-pronged approach: Patience, A Long-term view and Faith.

QBQ John Miller
Our team reviewed the QBQ program by John Miller. I listened to the audiobook on my iPod. It was pretty good! - I have heard the same themes by other motivational and organizational speakers. 3 things I took away the most
- A team has different types of individuals with different strengths and we must harness and respect those differences and not wish for people to do things that they are not.
- We must take personal responsibility for situations and avoid the "victim" mentality - always waiting for others to solver our problems, blaming other groups, people or organizations etc.
- Thinking "within the box" - making things happen with what we have today instead of always wishing for better tools or resources that we don't have today. Ironically accomplishing a lot with what we have available to us today will make us get better tools tomorrow.
